The country music legend has built quite a following since he moved to Nashville back in 1994 to chase his dreams.

Over two decades later, Bentley has racked up eight Number One albums, 22 Number One songs, and over 9.5 billion global streams.

But music isn’t his only passion these days.

Bentley launched his ROW 94 bourbon line in September 2024, naming it after the year he made his move to Music City.

The flagship ROW 94 whiskey has been a smashing success, earning gold medals from top spirits competitions across the country.

Now Bentley is taking things to the next level with a special limited release.

He announced ROW 94 Broken Branches, a 100-proof bourbon that’s going to be harder to get than front-row tickets to his concerts.

"The new album Broken Branches is all about the cracks and scars that make us who we are, and I wanted this bourbon to carry that same spirit," Bentley explained.

The limited edition bourbon is tied to his 11th studio album of the same name and his 30-city summer tour.

But here’s the kicker – there are only 1,500 bottles available.

That’s going to make this bourbon rarer than a Democrat voting for Donald Trump.

ROW 94 Broken Branches undergoes special aging process

What makes this bourbon special isn’t just the limited quantity.

Bentley worked with Lofted Custom Spirits at the historic Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky to create something unique.

The bourbon underwent what they call "Branch Aging," where time-worn, fire-toasted oak staves seasoned for up to 24 months rested in the barrels.

"We added seasoned oak staves to deepen the flavor and give it a little more character… kind of like the stuff life throws at you," Bentley said.

The bourbon is aged five years and made with a bold mash bill of 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted and row barley.

It’s aged in new White Oak barrels with what’s called a level 4 char.

The nose delivers a powerhouse of vanilla, caramel, and stone fruit with brown sugar and hints of butterscotch.

On the palate, you get rich sweetness with leathery and complex nutty notes.

The finish packs powerful cinnamon and smoke that transitions into subtle spice.

"For this limited edition offering, we used fire-toasted Oak staves that had been seasoned for 24 months for the ‘Branch Aging,’ lending additional nuance to the whiskey," said Travis Cantrell, Director of Quality at Lofted Custom Spirits.

"We produced just 1500 bottles, making this a truly rare craft whiskey that new bourbon lovers and enthusiasts alike will enjoy," Cantrell added.

Fans will have to register for a chance to buy

Getting your hands on a bottle of ROW 94 Broken Branches won’t be as simple as walking into your local liquor store.

The bourbon is priced at $99.99 per 750ml bottle and launches in late June.

But with only 1,500 bottles available, fans have to register at the ROW 94 website for a chance to purchase.

That’s right – you can’t even guarantee you’ll get to buy a bottle at retail price.

This bourbon is going to be more sought after than tickets to a Taylor Swift concert.

The timing coincides perfectly with Bentley’s Broken Branches tour, which launched on May 29 in Austin, Texas.

At each tour stop, fans can visit Bentley’s "Truth Booth," an interactive photo booth where they can share photos on social media with "Two Truths and a Rye."

ROW 94 is named after both the year Bentley moved to Nashville and Music Row, where he still lives with his family.

The brand logo features the thunderbird, a symbol that appeared on his landmark album "Riser" and represents strength and everyday people who believe in hard work and truth.

Green River Distilling Co., where the bourbon is crafted, was founded in 1885 and is the 10th oldest licensed distillery in Kentucky.

The flagship ROW 94 bourbon has been an instant hit, earning a Gold medal with 94 points in the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and a Gold with 92 points in the Denver International Spirits Competition.

Next up in July, Bentley plans to release ROW 94 Full Proof, which will be barreled at 120 proof and aged a minimum of four years.

Country music fans who want to add this limited edition bourbon to their collection better register fast.
