America's most beloved ice cream chain just listened to its customers.
And the customers were loud.
Now Baskin-Robbins is answering – and this time they brought something new.
Baskin Robbins Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Ice Cream Is Back for Spring 2026
Last November, Baskin-Robbins debuted its Dubai Chocolate-inspired collection and the response was immediate.
Fans couldn't get enough of the pistachio and chocolate combination – that creamy, crunchy texture that had been taking over food conversations for over a year.
So Baskin-Robbins made the call every smart American business makes when something works: they brought it back.
Starting April 1, the Dubai Chocolate-inspired lineup returned to participating locations nationwide for a limited run through the end of May.
The centerpiece is the Pistachio Chocolate Bar Ice Cream – rich pistachio and chocolate ice creams packed with pistachio pieces and chocolate crunch swirls.
That scoop anchors four different menu items this time around.
The Dubai Chocolate Sundae stacks three scoops of the Pistachio Chocolate Bar loaded with hot fudge and kadayif – that shredded, toasted pastry that gives the whole thing its signature crunch.
The Dubai Chocolate Shake blends the ice cream with pistachio sauce and finishes with whipped cream, more pistachio sauce, and kadayif on top.
The New Dubai Chocolate Cake in a Box Baskin Robbins Just Added to the Menu
The real headline for returning fans is what Baskin-Robbins added.
This spring brings a brand-new item: the Dubai Chocolate Inspired Cake in a Box.
It starts with a chocolate cake base, adds layers of fudge and a crunchy pistachio-kadayif mix, then a full slab of Pistachio Chocolate Bar Ice Cream – finished with whipped frosting, chopped almonds, pistachio sauce, and a fudge drizzle, all packed into a re-closeable box.
"The pistachio and chocolate combination quickly became a fan obsession," said Nicole Boutwell, Vice President of Brand Marketing and Culinary at Baskin-Robbins. "After seeing just how much guests loved our Dubai Chocolate inspired lineup this past Fall, we knew we had to bring it back."
The Dubai chocolate trend itself – pistachio cream and crunchy kadayif pastry wrapped in chocolate – first exploded globally when a TikTok video of the original "Can't Get Knafeh of It" bar from a Dubai chocolatier went viral in late 2023, sparking a worldwide pistachio shortage as demand outran supply.
Baskin-Robbins was among the first major American chains to build a full lineup around it.
Why Baskin Robbins Brought Back Its Most Popular Limited Time Flavor
Founded in 1945 by two World War II veterans, Baskin-Robbins built its name on one simple idea: give Americans more flavors than they could imagine.
Starting with 31 – one for every day of the month – the chain grew into nearly 7,800 locations worldwide.
What's made the brand last 80 years is exactly what they're doing here: paying attention to what people actually want, then delivering more of it than expected.
A seasonal limited-time run that fans loved became a spring return with a new signature item.
The Dubai Chocolate-inspired collection is available through May at participating Baskin-Robbins locations nationwide.
