Bill Gates’ Microsoft caught being blatantly racist by trying to end racism

The Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) idea has come under harsh criticism for being blatantly divisive.

But it is a favorite tool of many leftists, especially people like Bill Gates who want to use it as a weapon to change corporate America.

Now this internal report from Microsoft’s DEI  department shows just how the program that Bill Gates is pushing is actually discriminatory. 

History of Bill Gates’ politics

Microsoft founder Bill Gates has never made many secrets of his left-leaning politics.

But over the years, he’s become more overt in using his money, power, and influence to shove a radical left-wing agenda down the throats of Americans.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation pours multi-millions of dollars into woke causes.

In 2022, Bill Gates spent months working over Democrat Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia, trying to get him to change his mind about supporting President Joe Biden’s bank-busting “Build Back Better,” spending grab bag of woke goodies.

Gates’ influence paid off for Democrats, as in the end, both Manchin and Arizona Senator Krysten Sinema – both voted in favor of the ironically named, “Inflation Reduction Act.”

The irony comes from the fact that inflation actually increased following the passing of the bill – and the Federal Reserve is still trying to take measures to lower inflation nearly a half-year later.

But Gates is far from done with his influence peddling — now the World Economic Forum member is using his own wealth to ensure certain groups are making more money than others. 

Microsoft now compensating employees based on race and gender

Microsoft has decided it’s not only going to end the supposed “pay gap,” but it’s going to reverse it. 

Of course, the “pay gap” argument has been widely debunked as nothing more than a myth and woke talking point to divide Americans. 

But Microsoft isn’t going to let facts get in the way of its supposed “social justice” agenda. 

Libs of TikTok obtained an internal Diversity Equity & Inclusion internal report from Microsoft. 

The giant tech corporation used the report to proudly brag about the fact that it is actively paying white people and white men in particular less than everyone else. 

“HOLY SHLIT,” Libs of TikTok’s Chaya Raichik tweeted. “In Microsoft’s official 2023 Diversity & Inclusion report, they openly admit that they are paying white people LESS than other ethnic groups in the name of ‘pay equity.’” 

The report brags that for every $1,000 earned by a white Microsoft employee a “racial or ethnic minority” makes $1,007. 

The same is true in the breakdown of pay between men and women at the tech giant. 

For every $1,000 made by men at Microsoft, women are making $1,007. 

This despite the fact that men are far more likely to be interested in tech fields of work. 

The report adds that Microsoft is “committed to the principle of pay equity.” 

Not reverse racism, just racism, period

Apparently, “pay equity” now means that white men are paid less than everyone else. 

And that philosophy would fit the definition of discrimination. 

As many on Twitter pointed out, Microsoft’s commitment to compensating employees based on race is legally dubious at best. 

Elon Musk and Ian Miles Cheong both responded to Libs of TikTok asking if this is legal.

Raichik responded, informing them that it is not legal to compensate based on race or ethnicity. 

Podcasters, the HodgeTwins – a set of black conservative twins – called the move by Microsoft “racist as hell.” 

And another Twitter user summed up Microsoft’s racist and discriminative effort with a quote from the genius Thomas Sowell: 

“Racism does not have a good track record,” Sowell said. “It’s been tried for a long time and you’d think by now we’d want to put an end to it instead of putting it under new management.”
