Dunkin’ made one announcement about fall that has customers racing to stores

Aug 24, 2025

Fall can’t officially start until one thing happens.

One of America’s favorite coffee shops just declared it’s here.

And Dunkin’ just made one announcement about fall that has customers racing to stores.

Dunkin’ brings back the flavors that define fall in America

Dunkin’ officially launched their fall menu this week, and it’s everything customers have been waiting for.

The Massachusetts-based breakfast chain brought back the drink that signals autumn has arrived – the Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte.

But that’s just the beginning of what they’re offering this season.

Pumpkin Donuts and Pumpkin MUNCHKINS are back on the menu, along with other returning favorites like Chipotle Hash Brown Wake-Up Wraps and the Braided Apple Pie.

The company also rolled out five brand new items that sound pretty tempting.

There’s a Cereal N’ Milk Latte for folks who want breakfast and coffee in one cup.

They’re also debuting the Mixed Berry Daydream Refresher, part of the expanded Sabrina’s Daydream lineup featuring the pop star Sabrina Carpenter.

The Iced Pumpkin Loaf gives customers another way to get their pumpkin fix, while the Kreme Delight Donut adds a new sweet option to the lineup.

And for customers who want something with a little heat, there are new Chipotle Loaded Hash Browns and a Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich.

The $6 meal deal returns just when families need it most

Here’s the news that’ll really make customers happy – Dunkin’ brought back their $6 meal deal.

That gets you a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich, crispy hash browns, and a medium hot or iced coffee.

Six dollars for a complete breakfast that’ll actually fill you up.

Compare that to what most places are charging these days and you’ll see why this deal matters.

Food prices have been climbing steadily, with restaurant meals up 3.9% from last year according to recent government data.¹

A 2024 FinanceBuzz report found that food prices have increased between 39% and 100% over the last decade.²

That’s why customers are so excited when a company like Dunkin’ offers real value instead of just raising prices like everyone else.

Pumpkin spice: America’s unofficial fall tradition

The return of pumpkin spice drinks has become as much a part of fall as changing leaves and football season.

It’s hard to believe, but the whole pumpkin spice craze started just over 20 years ago when Starbucks tested their Pumpkin Spice Latte in fall 2003 before rolling it out nationally in 2004.

It was only the third seasonal drink they’d ever tried, after Eggnog Latte and Peppermint Mocha.

Nobody could have predicted it would become the phenomenon it is today.

Starbucks has sold over 424 million Pumpkin Spice Lattes since then, making it their most popular seasonal beverage.³

And here’s something that surprises a lot of people – pumpkin spice doesn’t actually contain pumpkin.

It’s a blend of "warm" baking spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice.

The name comes from the fact that these are the same spices you’d use to flavor pumpkin pie.

Smart businesses know how to treat their customers right

Dunkin’ isn’t the only company figuring out that customers want both quality and value these days.

Pizza Hut extended their $2 Tuesday deal through the end of August because they know people are looking for affordable options.⁴

McDonald’s has been running a $5 meal deal, and Wendy’s jumped in with their own budget-friendly "Biggie Bag."⁵

These companies understand something important – customers will come back when they feel like they’re getting a fair deal.

The fall menu launch shows Dunkin’ knows how to balance giving people the seasonal flavors they crave with prices that won’t break the bank.

That $6 breakfast deal makes it possible for families to grab a quick meal without watching their budget disappear.

And bringing back classics like the Pumpkin Spice Latte means customers get the fall experience they’ve been waiting for all summer.

It’s a smart strategy that treats customers like people instead of just walking wallets.

The fall menu is available now at Dunkin’ locations across the country, just in time for people to start getting excited about sweater weather and football season.
