It appears that the pendulum is swinging back towards normalcy and common sense across the nation.
And this could even be true in Hollywood, where some are starting to fight back against the woke cancel culture mob.
That’s why Gina Carano just blasted this Hollywood studio chief after watching the South Park anti-wokeness special.
The hit TV show South Park just ran their most recent special, and it immediately drew praise across the country for its mocking of the Hollywood trend of recasting roles that were previously white characters and replacing them with minorities and women.
Taking aim at Disney’s pandering
The new animated special was brutally funny and pointed its assault on Hollywood’s attempt to destroy classics.
The South Park episode also took aim at Disney’s recent wokeness in their entertainment content as well as bashing Lucasfilm’s CEO Kathleen Kennedy.
The attacks on Kennedy received wild applause from star actress Gina Carano.
Titled South Park: Joining The Panderverse, the most recent South Park special, has as its main plot that Disney uses a “Pander Stone” to try and make movies that appeal to everyone.
In the episode, Kennedy’s character describes the Pander Stone as “an ancient piece of artificial intelligence that could be used to make the same movies over and over again while appealing to absolutely everyone.”
But during the show, Kennedy’s character feels intense pressure to make pandering movie franchises and then abuses the Pander Stone.
Her abuses end up opening another dimension known as the “Panderverse.”
The interdimensional portal brings in women of color who replace the beloved South Park 4th-grade characters.
The South Park special brutally mocked Hollywood’s attempt to pander to the radical Left by recasting traditionally white male roles with female and minority actors.
Taking no prisoners
The show’s airing was an immediate hit.
Online culture influencers were highly impressed by the no-holds-barred approach of the South Park producers.
The Critical Drinker wrote, “South Park taking no prisoners with this one.”
Popular commentator Brandon Morse said, “South Park remains the most important show on television.”
Even Donald Trump Jr. weighed in, “Hahahahaha. As always, South Park doesn’t miss.”
The latest South Park special also caught the eye of actress Gina Carano.
Especially because the episode ridiculed Lucasfilm boss Kathleen Kennedy.
Carano, of course, starred in the highly successful The Mandalorian series before she was fired from the Disney/Lucasfilm show in February 2021.
Carano was terminated from the show for the alleged crime of sharing a social media post comparing attacks on conservatives to the oppression Jews faced under Nazi Germany.
Why Disney movies all suck now
Carano received widespread support and defense, even from within the Hollywood community.
The popular MMA fighter turned actress even received support from her fellow star in The Mandalorian, Bill Burr.
But despite the support and pleas, Disney fired Carano anyway.
The recent South Park special specifically targeted Kennedy, and at one point, the character Cartman tells her, “That’s actually the best explanation I’ve heard about why Disney movies all suck now.”
Kennedy’s character then admits that Disney was being “lazy” to create pandering content.
Carano weighed in on how South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker mocked Disney’s sad attempt to go woke, which has only caused the company severe financial pain.
According to reports, Disney’s losses at the box office have totaled nearly $900 million on its last eight movie releases.
Carano blasted Kennedy on X and said her former boss retaliates against anyone who opposes her.
Carano said Kennedy would launch a revenge mission to “have her publicist ghouls make sure Variety and Hollywood Reporter run hit pieces about the ‘South Park‘ creators and their families smearing their names through every useful idiot she has under her thumb who would sell their soul to work for Lucasfilm, she’ll activate her online mob to repeat that the ‘South Park’ creators are racist, bigot, transphobes, and demand the ‘South Park‘ creators publicly apologize by only using words she approves of and finally, she’ll demand they subject themselves to a re-education course of 45 people in the LGBTQ community zoom call to sit there and listen of how badly they got their feelings hurt all over a little boop of a ‘South Park’ episode.”
But the number of Hollywood’s elite actors who are starting to stand up to tyrants like Kennedy is growing, and that just might be a good sign for the country.
