Now the Mexican-inspired fast-food chain is pushing the envelope with its latest innovation.

Now Taco Bell is releasing a first-of-its-kind menu item with this insane new collaboration.

Taco Bell debuts the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme and the Big Cheez-It Tostada

Taco Bell used a collaboration with Doritos to create one of its most popular menu items of all time, the Doritos Locos Taco.

A partnership with Mountain Dew created the chain’s popular Baja Blast .

Now the fast food chain is partnering with another snack giant to create a groundbreaking new menu item.

Taco Bell and Cheez-It are teaming up for a limited-time promotion using a giant version of the Cheez-It cracker.

The Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme and the Big Cheez-It Tostada are debuting in a limited release for users of the Taco Bell app before being released nationwide.

A Cheez-It cracker 16 times the size of the original is being used in place of the traditional tostada in the traditional Crunchwrap Supreme.

But it will feature all of the same ingredients – taco seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese sauce, lettuce, reduced-fat sour cream – before being wrapped in a tortilla.

The Big Cheez-It Tostada features a giant Cheez-It cracker piled high with seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheese, and reduced-fat sour cream.

And for fast food fanatics who are hungry for more, Taco Bell is also launching a new Big Cheez-It Box.

The Big Cheez-It Box comes with a Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, regular-sized Nacho Fries with Nacho Cheese Sauce, and a medium drink for $8.99.

Taco Bell and Cheez-It go bigger and cheesier 

Taco Bell tested the Cheez-It collaboration at its test kitchen in Irvine, California in 2022 and it became a massive hit with customers.

Taco Bell’s Global Chief Food Innovation Officer Liz Matthews said that collaboration created something that was show-stopping.  

“This collaboration isn’t just about bringing together two iconic brands; it’s about taking the spirit of fan innovation to create something truly larger than life,” Matthews said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to launch this exciting partnership nationwide and offer fans a whole new way to experience the classic cheesy and crunchy flavors they love from Taco Bell and Cheez-It.”

Kellanova Away From Home General Manager Jessica Waller said the partnership was taking cheese to the next level.

“Cheez-It has always been about more than just snacking – it’s about elevating cheese to new heights for salty snack lovers with an obsession for cheese and an appetite for excitement,” Waller said in a statement. “Teaming up with Taco Bell has been an incredible experience for Kellanova to bring the Cheez-It passion for cheesy flavor and fun into new culinary territories so that fans of both brands Want it. Need It. Cheez-It.”

Fans of Cheez-It and Taco Bell can hope that overwhelming demand makes the new Big Cheez-It items permanent additions to the menu.
