The View had to cut this Hollywood actor’s mic after he went on a sick anti-Trump tirade

Democrats are furious that Donald Trump could be headed back to the White House.

One celebrity’s anger boiled over on national TV.

And The View had to cut this Hollywood actor’s mic after he went on a sick anti-Trump tirade.

Robert De Niro melts down on The View over Donald Trump

Legendary actor Robert De Niro was known for starring in some of the biggest movies in Hollywood history like The Godfather Part II, Taxi Driver, and Raging Bull.

Now the 80-year-old Academy Award-winning actor is best known for going on unhinged rants about former President Donald Trump in public any chance he gets.

De Niro appeared on ABC’s The View where he went back to his usual playbook of accusing Trump of being a fascist dictator.

But this time he became so unhinged that the show had to cut his mic.

De Niro whined that the American people weren’t taking the threat of Trump returning to the White House to become a fascist dictator seriously enough.

“I don’t understand why people are not taking him seriously because you read about it historically in other countries that they didn’t take the people seriously,” De Niro ranted. “I think of Hitler and Mussolini.”

He trotted out the same Hitler smear that was used against former President George W. Bush, John McCain, and Mitt Romney.

The reason no one takes this fictitious threat seriously is that Donald Trump was President for four years.

No one has to guess what a second Trump term would look like.

“Who does not think that this guy is going to do exactly what he says he’s going to do?” De Niro continued. “He’s done it already. And then what? We’re going to sit around and say, what, we told you so — or whoever, I told you so. It’s going to happen. If he gets elected, it’s going to change this country for everybody. And they might think that it’s going to make their life better and they just want to — excuse my French —”

The show cut De Niro’s mic while he ranted to himself.

When his profanity-laced tirade switched back to using broadcast TV-appropriate language, he said that Trump supporters were about “anger and hate.”

The irony of De Niro complaining about anyone being filled with anger and hate was clearly lost on him.

The View hosts and De Niro continue to embarrass themselves on national TV

“He’s done everything,” De Niro said. “What more do you need? It’s almost as if he wants to do the worst he can possibly do to show this country —”

The show cut his mic once again as his tangent continued.

Co-host Whoopi Goldberg claimed that Trump would never leave the White House if he won the election.

De Niro was once a respected actor before his entire existence revolved around ranting about Donald Trump.

Without a hint of irony, he bemoans the fact that Trump is vicious and hateful while he goes on unhinged tirades against him.

Robert De Niro has become the angry and hateful person who he falsely accuses Donald Trump and his supporters of being.
