Tim Allen’s heart was broken after this arrest hit close to home

Apr 1, 2024

Tim Allen had run-ins with the law back in the ‘70s that he likes to forget.

But he turned his life around and became an icon for middle America.

But Tim Allen’s heart was broken when he heard about this arrest that hit too close to home.

Tim Allen came from rock bottom

People mess up all the time; it happens.

Since the fall of man with Adam and Eve, no man has been perfect in any way.

But sometimes, our mistakes can haunt us for life.

And this is the case with Tim Allen.

Most people know Tim as the lone voice in mainstream Hollywood for the American people.

From family-oriented shows like Home Improvement to Last Man Standing, Tim Allen has been a champion at bringing the concerns of Middle America onto television screens across America.

And because of his America First beliefs, Tim is, by far, one of the most beloved actors in America today.

But most people don’t know about Tim Allen’s dark past.

Early in his career, Tim Allen had run-ins with the law.

Back on October 2, 1978, Tim was arrested at a Michigan airport for possessing nearly 1.5 pounds of cocaine.

And ultimately, Tim Allen plead guilty to drug trafficking charges which lead to three years in prison.

He was released from a federal penitentiary in 1981.

And then again in 1998 Tim Allen was arrested in Michigan for driving while under the influence of alcohol, which led to one year of probation with substance abuse treatment.

But now the actor who played Tim Allen’s son on Home Improvement, Zachery Ty Bryan, is going through a really bad run in with the law.

Another Home Improvement star facing prison time

Zachery Bryan was one of the biggest child stars in the 1990s with his role as Brad Taylor in the hit family sit-com, Home Improvement.

But Zachery has struggled in his adult life with numerous crimes and convictions against him.

He has faced domestic violence related charges back in 2020 and just last year.

The former Home Improvement star was charged with fourth-degree assault and strangulation but later pleaded guilty to lesser misdemeanor assault.

Well, his criminal history is now continuing down a path similar to Tim Allen’s rap sheet.

On February 17th, Zachery was arrested for a DUI.

According to legal documents about the incident, Zachery refused to submit to a field sobriety test after he was pulled over for showing signs of impairment.

Later, it was determined that his blood alcohol content was around .15, twice above the legal limit.

And to make matters worse, he was reportedly involved in a hit and run the same day he was arrested for a DUI.

If he is found guilty of this DUI, Zachery could face up to three years in prison.

Maybe Tim Allen can give Zachery some fatherly advice on how to turn his life around.

If Tim Allen can come from prison to a national icon and beloved actor, Zachery may still have a chance to get his life together.
