Jul 10, 2024

Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce is one of the toughest players in the NFL.

But his relationship with pop star Taylor Swift is revealing another side of him.

And Travis Kelce was reduced to tears after Taylor Swift made this surprising move.

Travis Kelce appears to cry at songs dedicated to him by Taylor Swift

Pop megastar Taylor Swift is spending the summer on the European leg of her Eras Tours.

Her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce, has spent his NFL offseason attending her shows in various European cities like Paris and Dublin.

Swift headed to Amsterdam, Netherlands for a series of shows in the Dutch capital.

Kelce along with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, sat in a VIP box at Johan Cruyff Arena.

A video was taken of Kelce that appeared to show him wiping away tears during his girlfriend’s performance.

Swift played a mashup of songs that fans believe were dedicated to him.

She performed “Mary’s Song,” which mentions the number 87 – the same number Kelce wears with the Chiefs.

“You’ll be 87, I’ll be 89. I’ll still look at you like the stars that shine. In the sky, oh my my my,” Swift sang.

And Swift performed “So High School,” which he suggested on the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast was inspired by him.

Brittany Mahomes was seen appearing to console Kelce at one point during the concert.

After the Amsterdam show, Kelce and Swift walked out of the stadium together.

Travis Kelce appeared on stage during one of the Eras Tours concerts

Kelce surprised fans by appearing on stage with Swift during one of her concerts in London.

He was dressed in a tuxedo with a top hat and carried her off stage during the bit.

The Chiefs star discussed his Eras Tour debut with his brother, Jason Kelce, on their podcast New Heights.

“On night three, something magical happened,” Jason said. “Somehow, you made your way on the stage.”

“It’s very unlike me,” Travis said with a grin. “I don’t love going on stages.”

He said that he initially came up with the idea of coming out on stage riding a bike.

“I initially mentioned it to Tay. I was like, ‘How funny would it be if I just rolled out on one of the bikes during the ’1989′ era?'” Travis recalled. “She started laughing, and she was like, ‘Would you seriously be up for doing something like that?’ And I was just like, ‘Are you – what? I would love to do that. Are you kidding me?’ I’ve seen the show enough. Might as well put me to work here.’”

“She found the perfect, perfect part of the show for me to come in,” Travis continued. “There was no bike, in case I, like, ran into somebody else or hit one of the dancers or anything. It was like the safest option.”

But Travis Kelce’s attention is going to have to turn back to the NFL with the Chiefs set to begin training camp as the team looks to win its third straight Super Bowl.
