When it comes to tough guys, few are as tough as Chuck Norris, who just celebrated his 84th birthday last Sunday.
However, Chuck Norris wants everyone to know that he does not plan on slowing down anytime soon.
On his birthday, Chuck Norris posted on his social media pages a video of him beating up on a punching bag.
He then faces the camera and says, “You know, I’m 84 today but I feel like I’m 48! God Bless you all.”
The caption of this post reads, “Feeling good and staying active! Thank you all for the wonderful birthday wishes. God Bless.”
Chuck Norris has established himself as a Hollywood legend, starring in memorable action films such as Walker, Texas Ranger among others.
Like many people his age, Norris has made it his mission to stay as active as possible, both physically and mentally.
Just last year, Norris proved that he is a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom as well after he sued CBS and Sony for over $30 million over profits stemming from Walker, Texas Ranger.
In his complaint, Norris’ legal representatives claimed that they are suing CBS as a result of, “The institutional system for exploiting Walker and follow-up reporting by CBS is designed to keep Top Kick in the dark, unaware of the precise sources and amounts of revenue at issue, and to prevent Top Kick from knowing the various methods and contractual terms through which the 23 Percent Profit Clause has been diluted, reduced and materially breached.”
Norris and his team ended up settling with the media giants, showing that he can take down just about anyone or anything.
As it stands, Norris will be featured in two upcoming films according to IMDB, including a film called “Zombie Plane” which is in post-production, and another called “Agent Recon”, which is currently in production.
Hollywood does not create stars like Chuck Norris anymore
The sad truth is that stars like Chuck Norris are not very common in today’s Hollywood.
Modern Hollywood rewards people for their identities, the more diverse, the better.
