Some people claim pro wrestling is a show, it’s all scripted and fake.

But legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan just proved he is the real deal and is a very courageous guy.

We just saw that Hulk Hogan is a real-life hero when he sprang into action and saved a teenager when this happened.

For millions of pro wrestling fans, Hulk Hogan has always been seen as a hero.

A hero in the real world too

But now Hogan has become a hero outside the ring as well.

The pro-wrestling icon recently witnessed a serious car accident and stopped to help.

He was able to get the teenage driver out of the wreck, according to TMZ.

According to TMZ, Hogan, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, was driving with his wife, Sky Daily, and a friend on a highway in Clearwater, Florida, when they saw the crash.

The former wrestler stopped the car, and then he and his friend helped the 17-year-old teen get out of her car by popping the airbag and releasing her seatbelt.

TMZ also obtained photos from the crash, and the images showed the teenager’s car completely upside down.

The pictures also show Hogan and his wife still at the scene looking on as paramedics arrived.

Hogan’s wife confirmed the reports by posting her own account of the accident and rescue on social media.

“Last night, after we left dinner in Tampa, we saw a car flip in front of us! I truly admire my husband @hulkhogan and our good buddy @jakerask for springing into action, puncturing the girl’s airbag, and getting her quickly out of the car,” she wrote.

“By all appearances, she was unscathed, just really rattled, which is an absolute miracle!” she added.

Walking the walk

TMZ reported that sources told them the accident started after a car had swerved to try to get to an offramp the driver had missed.

As it swerved, the driver hit another car while doing so.

That car was the one that ended up flipping over and ended upside down, with the teenage driver trapped inside.

That is until Hulk Hogan came to the rescue.

Hogan also made headlines in December when he posted a video of himself and his wife getting baptized at the Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Florida.

“Total surrender and dedication to Jesus is the greatest day of my life. No worries, no hate, no judgment,” he wrote at the time, “only love!”

Hogan had previously said that he accepted Jesus Christ as his savior when he was 14.

His actions during the Florida car accident are clear proof that Hogan is walking the walk of a Christian.

He showed real Christian love by risking his own safety and helping a fellow human being in her time of need.

And because of his actions, he could have saved a life.

That makes Hogan a real hero who should be admired by all Americans, wrestling fans or not.

The argument over whether wrestling is fake or not can wait for another day.
